Yearly Departed

Yearly Departed, a comedy special that’s part wake and part roast, bid goodbye to two of the most memorable years on record. Our first edition in 2020 pushed us to innovate remote shooting technology, with extended reality techniques that allowed a cast of comedy’s funniest women to get together on screen when they couldn’t get together in person to bid adieu to things like “pants”. Our 2021 show was a joyous in-person reunion hosted by Insecure’s Yvonne Orji.

Produced for Amazon Prime, the casts included established stars like Chelsea Peretti, Jane Fonda, Tiffany Haddish, and Sarah Silverman, alongside up-and-coming names like Meg Stalter, Aparna Nancherla, Dulcé Sloan, and more. Roast in peace!
