D+D once again partnered with Google to produce their annual keynote, Google I/O 2024. Held at the Shoreline Amphitheatre, the event was a massive success, boasting the highest in-person attendance since pre-pandemic times and over 1.6 million views on YouTube. Done+Dusted's expertise shone as they expertly navigated the challenges of an outdoor venue, balancing complex camera and lighting setups against unpredictable weather. Their scope of work included pre-show entertainment with a live DJ, state-of-the-art technology like spider, rail, and tower cams, and a seamless collaboration with De-yan and Google's Events and Experiences Team.
The event also featured a special performance by Mark Rebillet. Our teams elevated the livestream experience by incorporating cutting-edge production techniques and innovative formats. The team's adaptability and utilization of Google's suite of products further streamlined the workflow.
