Done+Dusted Celebrates Conan O’Brien as 2025 Mark Twain Prize Recipient

Done+Dusted is proud to have produced our sixth Mark Twain Prize for American Humor at the Kennedy Center , this year honoring the legendary Conan O’Brien. 

The celebration brought together legends of comedy including David Letterman, Will Ferrell, John Mulaney, Sarah Silverman, Tracy Morgan, Adam Sandler, Nikki Glaser, Kumail Nanjiani, Bill Burr, Stephen Colbert and more. The evening was the perfect tribute to Conan - raucous, hilarious and heartfelt. 

O’Brien accepted the award with his signature blend of humility and humor, reflecting on his early career and the legacy Mark Twain, whose values of empathy, satire, and social awareness still resonate today. The Kennedy Center has attracted much attention and scrutiny recently and the night was a powerful reminder of comedy’s ability to speak truth to power and bring people together.

The event was packed with iconic moments— from Colbert doing a Hot Wings bit with Sean Evans, to Conan and Adam Sandler rounding off the night with a wild rendition of Rockin' in the Free World.
